Meet the Team
Established in 1998 by Colin and Edward James, Redline are Herefordshire’s telecoms experts trusted by over 1000 businesses.
Meet our amazing team
After graduating with a degree in Geography & Environmental Management in 1997 Colin went on to complete a course in Managed Business Startup and in June 1998 together with Edward launched Redline. Starting out in mobile the business has grown and developed over the years, now offering an extensive range of telephony and connectivity products. Colin looks after some of our key accounts and is responsible for the overall management of the business. Away from the business Colin is an ex Motocross and Enduro racer and now enjoys the outdoors at a much slower pace with his family and springer spaniels.

After graduating with a degree in Building Surveying in 1996 Edward changed his career direction and entered the communications industry when he joined Talkland to help them open their new store in Hereford. The company was acquired by Vodafone twelve months later and Edward remained with them until June 1998 when he left to launch Redline with his brother Colin. Away from the business Edward enjoys riding his motorbike and spending time with his son Edwyn who competes in national enduro motorbike racing trials.

Alex joined the Redline Telecom team in October 2013 after graduating with a degree in Business Marketing. After initially joining Redline as an Account Manager, Alex is now in charge of the company’s sales and marketing and takes great pride in helping both new and existing customers improve their telecoms by finding the right products and services for their unique business needs. Outside of work Alex enjoys spending time with wife, newborn son and Miniature Dachshund, Digby! Alex is also a huge football fan and general sports enthusiast, regularly playing football, running and playing golf (extremely badly).

Lisa has a long and well rounded history in retail, sales, training and customer service. Having started her career in 1998 with Tandy, Lisa moved to Carphone Warehouse in 2000 where she enjoyed a very successful career until Carphone Warehouse withdrawal from the high street twenty years later. We are proud to now have Lisa as a part of the team at Redline, helping to ensure our customers benefit from the very best in knowledge and service.

Holly joined Redline as a Sales Advisor in November 2022 and has an extensive background in sales & customer service. Holly now plays a key role in helping on-board new customers and ensuring they have the best possible telecoms solution to match their requirements and budget. Outside of work Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as playing with her two bull dogs!

Natasha joined Redline as a Sales Advisor in December 2022. She’s worked in the telecoms industry in various roles over the years and is an asset to our team. Natasha is fantastic at communicating with our clients and has great knowledge of the channel. In her day to day role, she contacts clients to support them with the 2025 ISDN switch off.
When Natasha’s not in the office she enjoys spending time with her son and gardening, she is very much looking forward to when the sunshine finally appears!

After graduating from college with completed Electrical Installation and Computing and IT courses, Jake then went on to Aberystwyth University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Jake then worked in customer service before joining Redline.
In his spare time he likes to maintain the computer that he built himself!

Telecom Engineer
Rhys joined our Engineer Team in February 2022 after previously working as a Network Installation Engineer where he even completed work at the recent Climate Summit in Scotland! Rhys has become an important part of the team bringing his experience in structured cabling work to help install new cloud based phone systems for both new & existing customers. Since joining Redline Rhys has passed both of his Ericsson-LG Enterprise iPECS training exams for installing and maintaining VOIP phone systems to further develop his skills.

Jaydon is one of our Telecom Engineers. He has a degree in Computer Security and joined Redline in February 2023. Jaydon’s role sees him programming new phone systems and routers, checking support emails and heading out on installation visits, all the while providing excellent customer service!
In his own time, Jaydon plays cricket for his local club and will get involved in anything computer related, even building his own!

Sally joined Redline in 2016. With a degree in Geography and a career that spans both the public and private sector Sally has a wealth of experience in customer focused positions. Outside work Sally loves spending time with her family, good food and the great outdoors.

Kev worked alongside Lisa for 10 years at Carphone Warehouse as part of the Geeksquad before the company closed down the high street stores. After 3 years apart he is now re-united with Lisa but this time as part of the Redline Team!
In his spare time he enjoys going to the Cinema, playing on his Xbox and watching Manchester United.
He is also an Apple fanboy!
