By integrating both systems, you eliminate the need to switch between two separate systems, enhancing efficiency and productivity as your as your staff have direct access to an easy-to-use interface for all their voice calls, video calls, conferencing and collaboration needs.

iPECS2Teams allows you to retain your existing business phone numbers and use them within Teams, whilst still maintaining the full functionality of a telephone system in the background via IPECS Cloud, including: make and receive calls, call recording, hunt groups and adjusting system settings via the iPECS Cloud Management Portal. Redline were so efficient from first contact right up until installation. They assisted with some teething problems following installation (not teething problems with the new installation but problems caused by our existing technology).
