This is a really exciting opportunity to join a well-established b2b telecommunications company as we look expand our customer base and help support local businesses with a range of award-winning products and services.

Having been established for 25 years and trusted by over 1000 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted cloud systems (VOIP), broadband, Wi-fi & data networks and mobiles (EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three). Full product training will be provided as part of the role.

Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their own customer base with an uncapped commission structure, providing a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, determined individual. Excellent telephone, written and face to face communication skills will be key as the role will involve generating new sales leads over the phone, via face to face meetings and at networking events. Sales leads will also be generated and provided by our existing telesales team. A company car, smartphone and laptop will also be provided.

It would be beneficial for the right individual to already have experience within the telecoms industry but this is not a necessity and candidates with at least 2 years b2b sales experience will also be considered for the role. The successful candidate will be based in our office in Hereford city centre.

  • Completely uncapped commission structure (OTE year 1 between £25,000 – £30,000)

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (09.00 – 17.30)
28 days holiday including bank holidays

Essential Skills & requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years b2b sales experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organised & self-motivated
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
