An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable b2b telecommunications company based in Hereford city centre. Trusted by over 500 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted cloud systems, fixed lines, broadband and mobiles. Full product training will be provided as part of the role.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside one of our Account Managers and will be responsible for helping manage and support client accounts. The right individual will need to have excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail in order to assist with tasks such as contract renewals, completing in-depth account reviews and adding on additional products to client accounts. Experience in using Microsoft Excel is vital.
Working in a fast paced environment and providing day to day support to customers, the candidate will also require strong communication & relationship building skills in order to deal successfully with clients via email, over the telephone and occasional face to face visits.
