Job title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Hereford City Centre
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable b2b telecommunications company based in Hereford city centre. Established for 25 years and trusted by over 1000 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted cloud systems (VOIP), broadband and mobiles. Full product training will be provided as part of the role.

The successful candidate will be a central figure within the Redline team in order to provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers.

The right person will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment providing first line support to existing customers over the telephone and via email so very strong written a verbal communication skills will be key. This will include reporting and monitoring line and broadband faults and working alongside our engineer team to pass over and monitor any advanced faults or telephone system faults. A meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key in order to keep clients updated and ensure everything is recorded using our in-house CRM system.

The service delivery aspect of the role will involve overseeing all new orders by arranging ordering stock & services from our suppliers, keeping customers updated throughout the process and working closely with our engineer team to ensure an excellent delivery of the service.
