Job Title: Customer Support & Administration Assistant
Location: Hereford city centre
Salary: £19,000 per annum + team bonuses
Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable b2b telecommunications company based in Hereford city centre. Trusted by over 1000 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted cloud systems (VOIP), fixed lines, broadband and mobiles. Full product training will be provided as part of the role.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment providing first line support to existing customers over the telephone and via email so very strong written a verbal communication skills will be key. This will include reporting and monitoring line and broadband faults and working alongside our engineer team to pass over and monitor any advanced faults or telephone system faults. A meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key in order to keep clients updated and ensure everything is recorded using our in-house CRM system.
The right individual will also work closely alongside our Account Managers to provide support to both new and existing customers and assist with tasks such as contract renewals, completing in-depth account reviews and adding on additional products to client accounts. Experience in using Microsoft Excel is vital.
