Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Remote working
Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE: £45,000 - £50,000 year 1)

Description: 

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a well-established b2b telecommunications company who are looking to further expand their customer base into Wales and support businesses with a range of award-winning products and services.

Having been established for 23 years and trusted by over 1000 businesses, Redline Telecom specialise in telephone & hosted cloud systems (VOIP), fixed lines, broadband and mobiles. Full product training will be provided as part of the role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their own customer base with an uncapped commission structure, providing a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, determined individual. Excellent telephone, written and face to face communication skills will be key as the role will involve generating new sales leads as well as on-site meetings with both new and existing customers, presenting Redline’s product range. A company car, smartphone and laptop will also be provided.

The new Account Manager will work closely with our Sales & Marketing Director to ensure they have all the marketing material and support required to help generate new sales leads and an extensive product range to suit businesses of all sizes. Full support will also be provided from our sales administration, customer service and engineer teams based in Hereford city centre. The new role will also involve visiting our Hereford office once a month to attend our monthly team meetings and for product training.

It would be beneficial for the right individual to already have experience within the telecoms industry but this is not a necessity and candidates with at least 2 years sales experience will also be considered for the role.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (09.00 – 17.30)
28 days holiday including bank holidays

 

Essential Skills & requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organised & self-motivated
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
